It has been a busy week making Christmas cards for a charity, so sorry that I don’t have spare time to update my blog.
A friend of mine asked me to make 70 Christmas cards for a charity which would be given out to low-income families in Hong Kong, they are going to do some visits to the families who are in need, and this is a very good season to give them some blessings.
Making 70 Christmas cards is quite a big promise for me, but I finally said yes, I love to!
I need to finish all these 70 Christmas cards in 7 days, it is a very short period, I don’t have enough paper and no time to buy more, so I need to think about how to solve the problem. I want to make something unusual, not just a card that can be hung up, so they don’t need to find a place to display the card, they can hang it up anywhere, I think this is important for the tiny living place in Hong Kong.
I chose the Graphic 45 Twas the Night Before Christmas DCE to make the cards because of its bright colours and the cutie Santa Claus, his happy face is just good for sending out blessings.
You want to see how’s the cards look like? Oh, they are still in progress, stay tuned!
