It was an unforgettable trip to Melbourne for 10 days in March, lovely places and lovely weather, so relaxing and inspirational. I took more than 1,500 photos and put some of them in my travel journal, but I want to make something about the trip to be displayed at home, scrapbook layout is the best choice.
The new Graphic 45 “Life’s a Bowl of Cherries” is a great collection with red, blue and green colour palettes which are suitable to show off my happy memories.

A day trip to the countryside in Melbourne was fun and delicious, I visited a restaurant called “Pie in the Sky” in a small town, I loved the pies, the scones and the coffee, while this new collection is themed pies, I have to use them for my photos in no doubt.

On the papers, a lot of pies pattern and little white flowers as well, these reminded me of the beautiful botanic garden I visited that morning, I love to include them on my layout.

Other than the Life’s a Bowl of Cherries Ephemera Assortment, I added the Graphic 45 Rose Bouquet, the Natural Linen Trim and a Metal Clock Key to embellish and finish my layout.

A tip for you if you would like to make a scrapbook layout with Graphic 45 papers, for sure the patterns & solids paper pads are ultimate to be used as the base, then remember to match a piece of colourful pattern paper and a piece of single colour pattern paper to make the background more pop but not over-colouring the page.
Here I have a short video of the making process:
